If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please deliver your DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent:
Required Information for Valid DMCA Notice:
To be effective, your DMCA notice must include:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- Contact information including your address, telephone number, and email address
- Statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- Statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:
- We will acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours
- We will investigate and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- We will notify the user who posted the material about the removal
- We may terminate repeat infringers' accounts in appropriate circumstances
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- Statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to local federal court jurisdiction
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, ConvertAll.org has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
